Solar street light is a new type of road lighting. It uses monocrystalline silicon solar panels for power supply, maintenance-free valve-controlled sealed batteries or lithium batteries to store electrical energy, ultra-bright LED lamps as light sources, and is controlled by an intelligent charge and discharge controller. It will bring so many benefits. LEONA SL SOLAR led street light adpot PWM/MPPT charge controller, it use 12-36V solar panels for power supply, which will not cause electric shock accidents and are safer to use. The solar street light system does not require matching power equipment, can realize fully automatic control, does not require personnel management, and has low operation and maintenance costs.

1. What is your company’s products warranty?

Most of the LED lighting products can offer 5 years warranty, some may offer 3years or more than 5 years based on exact requirements.

 

2. Do you have MOQ requirements for all the products?

This depends on products type, can talk to our sales team, specify which product you interested, and confirm the MOQ.

 

3. What is the delivery time for samples?

7-15 days for standard product samples, some may faster than 7 days if there with stock for finished products or materials.

 

4. What is the lifespan of your company’s LED lighting products.

Most standard products designed with≥50000H.

 

5. What is your payment terms?

For new customer, T/T transfer preferred, cooperated customer (30% deposit &70% balance paid before shipment), or and L/C for large QTY order. Can confirm with our sales.

 

6. Can you accept ODM orders?

Yes, we can accept ODM orders, also OEM are welcomed.

 

7. What is the IP rating for your products?

For outdoor lighting products, most designed with IP rating 65，also IP66 and IP67 for some products with higher requirements, even for IP68 available based on requirements for few items.

 

8. Can you accept SKD/CKD delivery?

We can accept this kind order delivery, but with certain QTY requirements. Please contact our sales for details.

 

9. What is the main products from your factory?

Street light, LED tunnel lights, LED flood light, LED high bay light, Tri-proof light, etc. Besides these products, we also accept customized products. We have full skilled R&D team, with more than 100 engineers here.

 

10. What is the led brand do you use for your lighting?

Normally for industrial lighting products, we use Philips lumiled, OSRAM, CREE, for some products, also used some local good quality LED. And we have our own packed LED lightsource/ components as well, and showed in very good quality and performance.

 

11. What are the main driver brands you use for your LED lighting products?

We have different brand driver for options, like Philips ,Sosen, Meanwell, Inventronics and so on. Customer can appoint the LED driver brands if there with requirement, and we will evaluate the technical aspects to ensure can be used for the specified products.

 

12. What is the delivery time for bulk order?

This depends on the exact products and QTY. Normal orders 3 weeks to 5 weeks if without material stock, if there with raw material stock, can be 2 weeks to 3 weeks.

 

13. Do you have CB and ENEC certificate for your lighting products?

Most products we got CE / CB approved, and some ENEC approved, not for all.

This negotiable based on projects or requirements.

 

14. Can you offer free sample to test?
